Mina Brees’ death appears to be suicide

Mina Brees, the mother of New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees, apparently died of suicide.

Brenda Bock, the Grand County coroner, said that Brees died of overdose from a prescription drug.

Bock said that the autopsy results took three months to be released because toxicology tests requires that much time.

Marty Atkins, the brother of Mina Bress, refused to give a comment.
