Maclaren stroller recall due to dangerous hinge on the side

Following reports from customers that their children’s fingertips were getting amputated by the hinge on the side of the stroller, Maclaren announced the recall of a million strollers.

People who bought strollers between 1999 and the present are qualified to receive a repair kit.   A hinge cover will be provided by Maclaren.

Model numbers of the affected strollers have not been released yet.
