What a jerk (no pun intended)! Lambert is an embarrassment to the sport and a good school. Why would anyone want such a poor sport on their team? I think she should be suspended from the sport and maybe the university. She is obviously trying to make up for no talent!

Oh, please. Watch the videos closely and you will see that Elizabeth Lambert was deliberately being provoked. Take a good look at the hands of the player in front of Lambert in the famous ponytail-pull incident. The BYU players were being unsportsmanlike behind their backs where the refs couldn’t see it. Lambert was doing it openly, thus, stupidly. That’s the only difference. The BYU players got what they deserved.

Did any of you see the elbow thrown by number 7, or the grabbing of Liz Lambert’s shorts by number 21? This was a physical game and Liz should have been penalized, but the BYU players should be, too. If the rules apply to one, they apply to all! If you play dirty like the BYU players did, you reap what you sow! Liz should NOT be suspended for more than one game and the BYU players should be suspended as well.

Anything short of a banned-for-life won’t be enough. She should be facing multiple-assault charges

I am no psychologist, but this Lambert girl seems to be psycho and in need of serious couch time, or maybe jail time. South American and European soccer players are a rough bunch, but this girl is scary. She will probably get an offer for a TV reality show.

Wait, was that a soccer game or street-fighting? Elizabeth Lambert is very confused. She was not playing soccer. Shame on her, the referees, and the college! She should learn how to play the game.

In my opinion, Elizabeth Lambert of New Mexico should be permanently kicked off the soccer team and suspended from any play in the NCAA. Her behavior was deplorable and an embarrassment to dedicated soccer players everywhere who win the game without purposely smacking, punching, tripping, and throwing people down to the ground by their hair.

If she was my daughter, I would be ashamed of her, but perhaps the apple didn’t fall far from the tree and Liz Lambert’s mom and dad are clueless.

Get rid of her. She should not play again. And shame on the coaches and referees for allowing this thug to play in the game. They should be fired and fined.

Excuse me everyone, why do you think no one likes women’s sports? It’s because they’re expected to act like little pretty pony-tailed girls. But that’s not how real athletes act. They do what they got to do to win. It’s the referee’s fault for tolerating that excitement. Hahaha!

Relax, everyone. All of us can watch super-contact football on NFL Sunday, but not this. Relax and start paying attention to what is really important — like pleasing your loved ones.

Yes, this is a little outrageous, but try being a water polo player. Worse stuff goes on. But I agree that this girl should not be allowed to play collegiate sports.
